3. If the appeal fails or the appeal is abandoned, the funds will be frozen for 90 days.

There are two prerequisites for retrieving funds: no other criminal or illegal activities are involved; the account can pass Amazon's identity verification, which means that the account is controllable by the seller, such as legal person, company address, etc. In other words, if your account is purchased and the legal person cannot be contacted, the final result will naturally needless to say.

1. Representation

To sum up, if Amazon freezes the account and does not give you the money, you can save the store by appealing, and the funds will return to normal. If you don't consider saving the store, then wait 90 days for Amazon to release the money.
