A crib is a bassinet that provides sleeping space for infants about five months old or until the child begins to push up on their hands and knees. Bedside beds are designed to be fastened to the side of a regular bed and are designed to allow babies to sleep close to their caregivers.

Crib Headrest Policy

Amazon requires crib headrests to be tested. All crib beds you list must meet the following specific regulatory or standard requirements:

How to submit information

If you receive a request from us for compliance documentation, please complete the following steps to submit the requested information:

In Seller Central, select the Performance tab, then Account Health.
In the lower right corner, under Manage Your Compliance, click Product Compliance Requests.
To add compliance or appeal for an individual product, click Add/Appeal Compliance. To add compliance or appeal for multiple products, select each product to the left of the product, then click Actions Selected Products at the top of the Product Requirements form to choose how you want to submit your documents and information.
Provide compliance documents and information in the Provide Documents section or appeal information and documents in the Appeal Request section.
Click Submit for Approval to send your submission for Amazon review.

Note: The test report must contain an image of the product tested, sufficient to demonstrate that the product tested is the same product listed on the detail page.
