A crib is a bassinet that provides sleeping space for infants about five months old or until the child begins to push up on their hands and knees. Bedside beds are designed to be fastened to the side of a regular bed and are designed to allow babies to sleep close to their caregivers.
Crib Headrest Policy
Amazon requires crib headrests to be tested. All crib beds you list must meet the following specific regulatory or standard requirements:

CPSIA (lead, phthalates); and
CPSA Section 14(a)(5) (Tracking Labels); and
16 CFR Part 1130 (Consumer Registration Requirements for Durable Infant and Toddler Products); and
Any of the following:
ASTM F2906-13(2019) (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Bedside Beds); or
16 CFR Part 1222 (Standard for Safety of Bed Headrests)

Your business name (if applicable) and seller ID
Your Contact Information: Email Address and Phone Number All Crib Headrest listings you offer in our store Product and product packaging images for all Crib Headrests you offer in our store. Images must include all sides of the product and product packaging for us to review.
Product pictures or test reports as evidence of compliance with registration card requirements (16 CFR Part 1130)
Product pictures or test reports as evidence of compliance with mandatory tracking label requirements (CPSA Section 14(a)(5))
Product images or test reports as evidence of compliance with warning and hazard labels (ASTM F2906-13(2019) Sec. 8 or 16 CFR Part 1222), as applicable to any product descriptions and manuals for all crib headrests you offer in our store A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for all crib beds you offer in our store under this policy
A test report from a CPSC accredited laboratory confirming that each product has been tested to the above regulations and standards
How to submit information
If you receive a request from us for compliance documentation, please complete the following steps to submit the requested information:
In Seller Central, select the Performance tab, then Account Health.
In the lower right corner, under Manage Your Compliance, click Product Compliance Requests.
To add compliance or appeal for an individual product, click Add/Appeal Compliance. To add compliance or appeal for multiple products, select each product to the left of the product, then click Actions Selected Products at the top of the Product Requirements form to choose how you want to submit your documents and information.
Provide compliance documents and information in the Provide Documents section or appeal information and documents in the Appeal Request section.
Click Submit for Approval to send your submission for Amazon review.
Note: The test report must contain an image of the product tested, sufficient to demonstrate that the product tested is the same product listed on the detail page.
If you do not provide the required information by the applicable deadline, Amazon may:
