By downloading the report, sellers assume sole responsibility for determining the suitability and accuracy of information generated by Amazon, including all calculations, catalog data, invoices, EPR reports, and any other EPR-related obligations.

Amazon EPR report download steps:

1. Log in to the seller's background, click "Program Policies";

2. Find "Fulfiment by Amazon (FBA)" (Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), and click "FBA inventory" (Fulfillment by Amazon inventory);

3. Find "FBA business reports" (FBA business reports) on the left and click "Amazon EPR report FAQ" (Amazon EPR report FAQ);

4. Click "EPR report download page" (EPR report download page to access these reports);

5. Select the type, year, and time period of the EPR report to be downloaded, and click Download.

Why is the report empty?

If you have not generated sales for products subject to the EPR regulation for a given period, EPR category or country, the corresponding downloaded report will remain blank.

Why is the report status "Canceled"?

This means that there was a technical problem and the report could not be downloaded. Try downloading the report again after 24 hours.
