According to incomplete statistics, many products on the market cannot meet the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and even cause various safety problems.

Portable Power

So, what kind of portable backup power supply is safe? Of course, products that comply with the relevant laws, regulations and standards of various countries and regions are considered safe products. The earliest standard for portable backup power products comes from the United States. The standard number is UL 2743 STANDARD FOR SAFETY – Portable Power Packs. The first edition was published as early as 2016. It is suitable for built-in batteries and has one or more input and output ports. Various portable power products with car emergency start ignition function, lights, emergency warning lights, voltmeters, built-in air pumps, and other similar functional products, but products within the scope of UL 2056 are not within the scope of this standard.

#1 Product Range Design:

Portable backup power products may contain the following parts:

Contains one or more batteries, electrochemical capacitors, electrochemical capacitor modules;

The built-in battery must be a lead-acid battery or a lithium-ion battery;

has one or more inputs and one or more outputs;

With car emergency ignition function, its maximum voltage output does not exceed 24V;

Can be used outdoors or briefly outdoors and indoors;

With the similar function of the air pump, the similar function of the warning light or the lighting lamp,
