Amazon Canada Station Wireless Product ISED Certification Process

ISED certification is required to submit wireless products to Amazon Canada . Canadian ISED certification is IC certification, formerly called IC certification, and later renamed ISED; IC is the abbreviation of Industry Canada, but IC has been officially renamed since 2016. Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED), responsible for the certification of electrical and electronic products entering the Canadian market.

Products exported to Canada , wireless products do: ISED-ID , non-wireless do: ISED-SDOC.

The scope of ISED certification includes : radio and television equipment ( NTEK), information technology equipment (NTEK), radio equipment (NTEK), telecommunications equipment (NTEK), engineering and medical equipment, etc.

ISED certification process:

1. Fill in the application form,

2. Provide product information,

3. Send samples,

4. Test OK,

5. Issue the report/certificate.

For wireless products to do ISED, if the customer has no record in ISED, it will take 5 working days longer than usual. Cost: Assessed according to the actual situation!
