What to sell on Amazon FBA right now

We're past the midpoint of 2022, but there's still plenty of product opportunity waiting in Q3 and Q4. There is also unmet demand for off-season and niche products. To mix things up, we'll also have lower-priced products for sellers on a smaller budget.

1. Backpack

The business of selling backpacks can be very lucrative, especially now that countries are easing travel restrictions. Just take a look at the Google Trends chart below to see how the mid-year travel backpack trend has returned to pre-pandemic levels.

The Amazon FBA program makes selling online fairly easy. As an FBA seller, you can rest easy knowing that Amazon will receive, package, store and deliver your products to customers. It will also handle customer inquiries (although you must answer customer questions posted on the product detail page) .

But this convenience comes at a price; a per-unit fee that applies to all purchases. Amazon calculates FBA fees based on the following values:

Product Tier Sizes: Amazon assigns tier sizes to each product based on variables such as product size, unit weight, and dimensional weight. Use this Amazon help page to find out your product size class .

Shipping Weight: The shipping weight of a product is determined based on the item's size or unit weight, whichever is greater.

Fee Category: The applicable FBA fees vary based on the fee category your product falls into. A product's fee category may differ from its product category on Amazon.
