Pursuant to Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement, we have deactivated your Amazon seller account. Your item has been removed and the pending order has been cancelled.
Why does this happen?
We take this action because we have information that you did not ship your order after confirming the shipment. Please review Amazon's policies on Account Status ( ) and Seller Code of Conduct ( ).
Your account was deactivated by mistake?
If you believe your account has been deactivated in error, please send a letter explaining the situation. Your description should include the following information:
— Evidence or example that your account complies with the Amazon Seller Code of Conduct and the "Monitor Your Account Health" policy.
— Evidence or example that your order has been shipped and fulfilled.
How do I send the requested information? Please submit this information to selling-partner-action-review@amazon.fr.
You may request payment separately by contacting disbursement-appeals@amazon.fr 90 days after this notification. We will conduct an individual investigation to assess your account and may detain you if we confirm fraudulent conduct or find you engaged in deceptive or illegal activities, or misuse of our systems or repeated violations of our policies to protect buyers and selling partners some or all of the funds in the account.
It can be seen from the mail in the mailbox that this is a logistics fraud, also known as HNR fraud. This type of violation can generally be saved as long as it is not deliberately deceiving Amazon, deliberately not shipping or sending empty packages.
Don't give up your appeal if you can't log in to your account! Including accounts that could not be logged in a long time ago or accounts that were blocked a long time ago can also be rescued. The money in the account can be taken back as much as possible when there is a chance to get it back, and it cannot be given to Amazon for nothing!
