If abuse is prompted during the new filing process, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot.
1. Check the performance notice of the registered store to see if there are infringements, frauds and other violations that have not been dealt with.
2. Whether other sites registered by the same subject have any violations, all sites need to be sold normally.
3. If the above 2 items are confirmed to be no problem, you can appeal.
The following information is required
1. If you have your own brand, provide the trademark acceptance notice and registration number. If the trademark owner is inconsistent with the Amazon store, a trademark authorization letter is required.
2. Links to the official website of the brand. This filing was mandatory in the early days, but in recent years, the filing process has been simplified and is no longer required. But it's very effective in dealing with abuse.
3. Product pictures and packaging pictures, real pictures that can clearly display the logo are required.

This situation is generally due to sellers using Brand Registry's reporting violation tool to complain to other sellers many times. The success rate of complaints is very low, but they are judged as abuse by Amazon. Sellers are also deeply helpless: some sellers infringe your brand and patents. Shouldn't it be the seller's legal right to report and complain to others? How to solve this situation?
It is necessary to sort out the cases of past complaints, and give examples to show that your complaints are in line with your own rights and interests, not malicious complaints.
