Recently, Amazon Japan, Germany, and Australia sites have updated compliance policies for new categories. Sellers and friends need to strictly abide by the relevant requirements when listing products in accordance with the laws and regulations of the above regions and Amazon policies. If the products sold by sellers involve related products from related countries, they need to prepare relevant compliance documents and conduct compliance operations in a timely manner.

2. Interpretation of compliance policies for new categories on each site
1. Japan Station
The complete category of fall protection equipment needs to meet the Industrial Safety and Health Act, that is, a test report that meets the fall protection safety equipment benchmark, and a photo of the label on the product that can show the fall protection safety equipment, torso straps or shock absorbers. Fall distance and impact load situation.
The category of information jamming devices must meet the requirements of the Radio Law, Japan's Electrical Equipment and Material Safety Law ( PSE ) -designated electrical equipment and materials, and S – mark certification.
Electric clippers are required to meet the requirements of Japan Electrical Equipment and Material Safety Act ( PSE ) -designated electrical equipment and materials, and S mark certification.
2. Germany Station
Dynamic direction indicators must be UN ECE R6 and UN ECE R10 certified. A product is approved if it has two approval marks and two approval numbers affixed to it. Certification can also be demonstrated by an image of the product with the relevant logo (including the number of the authorisation and regulatory body, eg Ex 10R – xx xxxx ) or a document showing the certification or approval of the relevant notified body.It is worth noting that the approval should also indicate the certification of both UN ECE R06 and UN ECE R10
3. Australia Station
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ( ACCC ) has updated the safety requirements for all consumer products containing button or coin batteries, including storage containers and organizers. The new standards will come into effect on June 22 , 2022 , and sellers must strictly comply.
Standalone coin cells and coin cells, and products containing coin cells or coin cells ( PCBB ) are subject to one of Compliance Testing and Warnings and Labeling. In addition, the new regulations also apply to consumer product accessories (such as remote controls) that contain button or coin cells.
