The changes mainly appear in the choice of "admit infringement". In addition to the original confirmation and knowledge that the product violates Amazon's policy, there is also the addition of "I don't want to reopen my product." Although Amazon only gives two options of "admit infringement" and "DMCA", sellers can choose the third option. That is, don't rush to admit it, you can contact the other party to show that you have no intention of infringing, and promise to delete the infringing part to see if the other party can withdraw the lawsuit.

When necessary, you have to use the "money ability". In the case that listing and inventory are difficult to separate, paying for settlement is not a bad method, and some sellers have successfully solved it through this method. In general, it is best to solve the problem through communication, find out the intention of the other party and then prescribe the right medicine.
