Submit Information

Complete the following steps to submit a compliance document or appeal for an individual product:

1. Go to the [Performance] tab and select [Account Status].

2. Under [Manage Your Compliance] in the lower right corner, click [Product Compliance Request].

1. To provide files, please click [Provide Files]; or

2. To appeal, please click [Appeal Request] and select the corresponding [Appeal Reason] from the drop-down menu.

3. To upload a file, drag and drop the file, or open a browse window to select the file.

4. Click [Submit] to send your submitted content for review by Amazon.

Please complete the following steps to submit compliance documents or appeals in bulk:

1. Go to the [Performance] tab and select [Account Status].

2. Under [Manage Your Compliance] in the lower right corner, click [Product Compliance Request].

3. Click [Upload compliance file].

4. Click [Generate Template] to download a template containing all your valid requests.

5. After filling out the template, click the [Upload Compliance Documents and Filled-in Template] tab.

1. Upload the file you listed for the relevant ASIN in the template , you can drag and drop the file, or open a browse window to select the file; and

2. Click [Choose File] to upload the completed template.

6. Click [Submit] to send your submitted content for review by Amazon.
