Step 3Preparation for pre-registration materials

Before you start to register an account, please prepare the following five necessary materials in advance in order to successfully complete the account registration. The following registration information is required. If the information is incomplete and untrue, the registration will not be successful.

✅Color scanned copy of company business license

It must be issued by Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Taiwan, and the date of expiration should be more than 45 days. At the same time, please ensure that the company registered on the business license is in existence.

✅Color scanned copy of ID card of legal representative

The name on the ID card needs to be consistent with the name of the legal representative of the business license and the name on the registered Amazon account, and the ID card must be within the validity period.

✅Valid credit card for international payments

VISA or Mastercard (VISA preferred)

Note that you need to:

✔Confirm the activation of the payment function in the currency of the country of sale. If you open multiple malls at the same time, it is recommended to use a credit card that can support multi-currency payment;

✔ Verify that your credit card has not expired and has sufficient credit limit, and that there are no restrictions on online or mail order payments.

✅Accurate and up-to-date contact information

✅Bank account to receive payments

You have the following three options (choose one):

✔Bank account in mainland China : Use RMB to receive global payments and deposit them directly into your domestic bank account. The bank address selects the seller's local bank account in China. Use a domestic bank account, that is, use Amazon Global to collect money.

✔Bank account in Hong Kong, China or overseas : Use a valid bank account in overseas or Hong Kong, China to receive Amazon sales in local currency;

✔Third -party deposit account : Use the payment service provider participating in the "Payment Service Provider Program" to provide the seller's bank account. In this case, please select the bank address as the country where the payment service provider opened the bank account for the seller.

Tips : Since it takes a long time to register a business license and conduct brand registration, it is recommended to reserve as much time as possible to prepare materials!

Step 4 Registration Process and Qualification Review

✅ Fill in the registration information correctly

The registration process is irreversible! Please prepare all the materials mentioned above before registration, otherwise you will be stuck at a certain step in the middle and cannot continue. But the registration process can be interrupted, that is, you can temporarily leave the registration page, and then log in with the correct registered email address and set password to continue the previous process to continue the registration. Step 5 Preparation after registration
