Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for all infant seated bassinets that you issue to which this policy applies
A test report from a CPSC-accredited laboratory confirming that each item has been tested and complies with the above regulations and standards

Amazon US station CPC certification requirements:
1. The CPC certificate must be based on the test results of a third-party testing laboratory accredited by CPSC;
2. The CPC certificate is issued by the seller, and a third-party laboratory can provide assistance in drafting the CPC certificate;
3. Children's products must comply with all relevant safety rules and regulations;
Information to be included in the CPC certificate:
– product information (name and description);
– all regulations and regulations applicable to the product;
– Manufacturer information: including name, address and telephone;
– The production date and address of the product, the production date must be in the year and month, and the address must be in the city;
– Detection time and address
– Information on third-party testing agencies (CPSC accredited laboratories)
