Prime Exclusive Discounts are exclusive discounts for Prime members, with longer duration and lower discount requirements, and are usually widely used as daily discounts. It is currently available on Amazon US, Europe , and Japan.
2. What are the requirements to participate in the Prime member exclusive discount?
2.1 Eligibility for Prime Exclusive Discount (General)
Any product offering a discount must be eligible for Prime shipping in all regions of the country ;
The item must be in "new" condition;
Items must have at least a 3-star rating or no rating;
The discount must be at least 10% off the non-member non-promotional price;
Does not include restricted products, or products that are offensive, embarrassing or inappropriate;
All products offering discounts must comply with the Customer Product Review Policy;
All items offering discounts must comply with the pricing policy.
2.2 Prime Day Eligibility Conditions
To offer Prime Day Prime discounts, sellers must have a Seller Feedback Rating of at least 4 stars. Sellers who haven't received any Buyer Feedback ratings can also offer Prime Day Prime discounts.
Product ratings must be at least 3 1/2 stars or no rating.
Discounts must be at least 20% off the non-promotional price for non-members (i.e. "Your Item Price" or "Sale Price", whichever is lower ).
The Prime Exclusive Discount price must be 5% below the ASIN's lowest price in the past 30 days. The lowest price in the past 30 days is the lowest order price for that ASIN during that period, including all Lightning Deals, Sale prices, and Sale prices for all sellers.

It can take up to two hours for Prime Exclusive Discounts to begin. If you still don't see the discount two hours after the start time , it may be because:

Creating multiple promotions and discounts for the same item can cause buyers to combine these promotions and discounts for a significant discount . Please check items carefully before arranging discounts.
➤ Wrong setting when creating discount, but I have submitted discount. How to fix the discount?
Sellers can edit discounts at any time, and can also remove or add items to discounts.
➤ If I change the regular price (ie the price in the Manage Inventory page) for a Prime-only discounted item, what will happen to that discount?
The discounted price of the affected item will automatically be adjusted based on the percentage or dollar discount you specified when scheduling the discount . Prime-only discounts will be suppressed if the adjusted price is lower than the minimum discounted price you specified at the time of scheduling . The regular price of your item will not be affected.
➤How do I reactivate a suppressed Prime Exclusive discount for an item?
If a later check reveals that the suppressed item is eligible again, the system will automatically reactivate the item's Prime Exclusive discount. Additionally, you can edit your store listing to fix any issues that caused the suppression.
➤How do I know the status of Prime Exclusive Discounts?
You can check the status of your saved Prime Discounts on the Prime Exclusive Discounts homepage in Seller Central . Your discount will be in one of three states:
Scheduled: All submitted SKUs have been successfully verified and the discount has been submitted. You don't need to take any action.
Note: Your discount has not been submitted; or, if your discount has been submitted, one or more submitted items are suppressed.
Expired: Your discount has ended.
➤ An item in the Prime Exclusive Discount is reported for a Lightning Deal, will the item only be suppressed during the Lightning Deal?
This item will be suppressed 2 hours before the start of the Lightning Deal. After the Lightning Deal ends, it may take up to an hour for the item to reactivate. Please note that offering Prime Exclusive Discounts will affect the maximum sale price of Lightning Deals.

Primotion or Coupon will be stacked on top of Prime Exclusive Discounts. That is, the Prime exclusive discount will be combined with overlapping Pri motion or Coupon .
