Amazon Buyer's Voice has a bug? The sudden change of product satisfaction status is "extremely poor"

Buyer's Voice, in the store performance , it is really easy to ignore if you don't click on it. It is the buyer's feedback on the product or product information. One indicator is the buyer 's satisfaction status . The satisfaction rate is compared to the average buyer dissatisfaction rate for similar items to determine the condition of this item.

But just today, after delays in business reporting data and confusion in rankings, Amazon's systems appear to be buggy again .

Some Amazon sellers responded that there was a bug in the buyer's voice, and the satisfaction status suddenly changed to "extremely poor"

It is understood that some sellers reported in the forum that after the membership day, Amazon Buyer's Voice seems to have a bug . The same NCX (negative customer experience rate) ratio, which was good before, has now become extremely poor.

Subsequently, more and more sellers said they encountered the same problem , saying that their products changed from green to red overnight, and the dissatisfaction rate was 1.5-2.5 ! Many sellers have opened a case for this and consulted customer service, and the answer is: although the seller's NCX rate is not high, but the rate of similar products is lower, the system will judge the situation as extremely poor.

In this regard, there are three main guesses by sellers: the recent surge in return rates; Amazon's policy update, which has raised the standard of back-end buyer voice; or another bug in Amazon's system .

At present, Amazon has not responded to this, but some sellers have received a suspension warning email from Amazon : the seller has received a suspension warning due to the high NCX rate!

Amazon said in the email that because the negative customer experience ( NCX ) rate of the ASINs provided by the sellers is much higher than similar products, the sellers' ASINs are currently undergoing an internal review, and if the review confirms that there is a problem, the ASIN will be removed.

The follow-up was early on August 4 , and some sellers reported that the buyer's voice began to return to normal. It can be seen that this situation should be caused by a system bug . However, Amazon has not responded to the losses suffered by sellers due to this system problem .

However, the occurrence of this incident also gives sellers an important reminder that they should pay more attention to the changes in the buyer's voice in the future, and take corresponding measures to avoid losses!
