Please note: Registration is required using the email address that received the registration link. The information filled in when the seller registers needs to be consistent with the information on your Potential Seller Information Registration Form.
02. Fill in the information
The information that the seller needs to fill in is mainly:
Company location country, type, name
Registration number, business address, name of legal representative, main contact phone number
Legal representative identity information and address, beneficiary information
Credit card information, receiving account information
Store, product information

▶ For the address information in the registration process, it is recommended that you fill in the address on the company’s business license. If the actual operating address does not match the address on the business license, please refer to the company’s actual operating address, detailing the house number (please fill in Chinese). Amazon will use this address as the default address. If the credit card billing address filled in later is different from the default address, click "Add New Address" to fill in the new address information in English or Pinyin.
▶ The first monthly rental fee will be deducted after the seller completes the qualification verification. If the seller has not launched the product for sale in the next month, the monthly fee will not be charged every month in the future, and the monthly fee will not be charged until the seller has the product for sale online. If the seller has launched products for sale from the second month, the seller's monthly fee will be charged every month.
The second step, qualification verification
After the seller completes all the information, the next step is to enter the qualification verification process. In this link, sellers may encounter:
01. Authentication
The seller needs to follow the interface prompts, correctly submit the front and back of the legal representative's ID card and the photo of the company's business license, and wait for review.

▶ At present, Amazon only supports business licenses and ID cards of legal representatives. Please provide color photos or color scans, and the files must be complete, clear and readable. Screenshots or photo tools are not accepted for uploading files after processing.
02. Video Verification
The seller enters the video verification link, and can choose "instant video call" or "scheduled video call" to complete the identity verification according to his own needs, and show the documents according to the reviewer's instructions. The process is expected to last for 20 minutes.

▶ After the seller completes the video verification through any of the above video verification methods, please wait patiently for the review result. The seller can know the identity verification result in two ways:

03. Postcard Address Verification

When the seller sees the status shown in the figure below on the seller platform interface, it means that the seller’s identity verification, video verification, and address verification have all passed, and the seller’s account for North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia has been opened at the same time.

The third step, supplementary information
Amazon will conduct various types of audits on sellers, and the audit will be triggered according to the site the seller chooses to open the store. For example, the tax audit of the US station and the KYC audit of the European station.
After receiving the email notification, the seller needs to submit clear and clear relevant information and documents according to the information requirements in the email, so that the review department can review it.
01. US station tax audit
The US tax audit is a self-service audit process. After the seller successfully logs in to the seller platform, Amazon will ask Amazon to provide tax identity information for tax audit, otherwise the buyer will not be able to see any products created by the seller. Sellers who choose to enter the Amazon North America site, please complete the "Self-Service Tax Investigation" and "Bank Account Information Settings".

03. Reminder after registration
The account review triggered after completing Amazon registration is called "second review" by many cross-border people.
