The Account Health Protection Program is a new benefit for Professional Sellers who maintain a consistently high Account Health Rating. Sellers who want to join the AHA program need to meet the following conditions

1. Provide a valid emergency contact number, Amazon must contact the seller within 72 hours

2. The seller needs to solve the problem thoroughly when cooperating with the Amazon team

3. Maintain an Account Health Rating of 250 or higher for 6 months: To enroll in the Account Health Assurance Program, you need to maintain an Account Health Rating of 250 or higher for 6 months with a score less than 250 for no more than 10 days sky.
