Cribs to which this policy applies

A toddler bed is a bed that can accommodate a full-size crib mattress, with a minimum size of 51 5/8 inches (1310 mm) long and 27 1/4 inches (690 mm) wide, and is designed to be comfortable for ages 15 months and older and children up to 50 lbs (27.7 kg) in and out of bed.

Product pictures or test reports demonstrating compliance with registration card requirements ( 16 CFR Part 1130 )

Product pictures or test reports demonstrating compliance with mandatory tracking label requirements (CPS 14(a)(5) )

Product pictures or test reports demonstrating compliance with warning and hazard labeling requirements ( ASTM F1821-19e1 Standard Section 8 or 16 CFR Part 1217 ) (if applicable)

All product descriptions and brochures for all toddler beds you publish

Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for all cots you publish (this policy applies)

A test report from a CPSC-certified laboratory confirming that each item has been tested and complies with the above regulations and standards
