Specified Electrical Equipment and Materials (PSE)

1. A copy of the business record for the manufacture or import of electrical equipment and materials. The copy must contain the receipt stamp and type classification table from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) of Japan; or, information related to the manufacture or import of electrical equipment and materials (including the type classification table) registered with the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry "Security Net"

2. Photo of the label (PSE logo and notified supplier name and registered conformity assessment body name and rated voltage, etc. must be clearly displayed on the item)

3. Certificate of Conformity (Documentation must be issued by a registered conformity assessment body and can confirm the model number with the rated nameplate value.)

4. If there is a discrepancy between the name of the notified person on the label and the name on the business notification, please provide a certificate approved by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry

5. Inspection records (all final goods must be tested)

Non-Specified Electrical Equipment and Materials ( PSE)
