


Amazon to open world's first R&D center in Wales
Amazon announced that it will open its world's first research and development center in Swansea, Wales, for Veeqo and other team members to conduct research, thereby further promoting sales of third-party sellers.

Amazon UK: SAFE-T reimbursement claims now available for CSBA orders
Amazon UK launched the SAFE-T for Customer Service by Amazon (CSBA) feature. This will allow sellers to not be financially responsible for chargeback claims issued by Amazon.
When a customer is refunded on a CSBA order and there is an issue with the return, a seller can submit a SAFE-T claim to request a refund, for example, if the returned item was not received in its original condition. Amazon will evaluate the seller's request and compensate the seller in accordance with Amazon's customer service chargeback compensation policy.
Amazon Adjusts Timing of Exit Plan for Third-Party Licensed Brands Program
