Amazon to open world's first R&D center in Wales

When a customer is refunded on a CSBA order and there is an issue with the return, a seller can submit a SAFE-T claim to request a refund, for example, if the returned item was not received in its original condition. Amazon Adjusts Timing of Exit Plan for Third-Party Licensed Brands Program
