Prime Day Inventory Delayed!Amazon Japan station released the official answer

Amazon Japan issued an announcement saying that on the eve of Prime Day , the Sakado FC (TYO6) Fulfillment Center ( FC ) had a delay in receiving FBA products to answer common questions:

Q. Are there any delays in shipping products to other FCs other than the above FCs ?

A. No, there are no delays in other FCs except the FCs mentioned above. Please see " How long do I have to wait to receive my product " for more details.

Q : Can I change the FC (shipping destination)?

A : No, unfortunately, the seller cannot choose FC .

Q. How long do I have to wait to receive my product? Although the shipping status has been completed, the product has been late to FC .

A. Delays in FC Receipt: We are working on it, but we cannot guarantee the exact date of receipt of the product at this time.

Until the late receipt is resolved, please open the Shipping Schedule in Seller Central > Inventory > Manage FBA Shipping > and click the " Shipping " tab.

FC Check Status: Please wait 8 days from the date the shipping status is complete. After 8 days, if the delivery process has not started and the status can be checked on the " Manage FBA Shipping " page, please contact Amazon.

Q. Can you receive my goods first? Can you transfer my product to FC without delay?

A. No, Amazon cannot provide special support for your product inventory, even if the seller contacts technical support. Thanks for your understanding.

Q. Why are my products shipped together, some have not been received, and some have been received? How can I check the status of my shipment?

A : Please visit Seller Central, click " Inventory " , " Manage FBA Shipments " . Sellers can select a shipment ID and click on the " Shipment Events " tab to view. If a tracking number is entered, sellers can view the current shipping status from the Shipping tab.

Aim for expansion! Amazon launches fleet of e-bikes and walking delivery men in London!

Amazon is launching a fleet of e-bikes and a team of walking delivery men in London to replace traditional car deliveries, joining an existing fleet of electric vehicles to deliver 5 million rides a year in London’s ultra-low emission zone,media reported deliver goods.

It is understood that these e-bikes will be operated by various partner companies, not directly by Amazon. Amazon plans to build a network of electric delivery vans across the UK by 2022 as part of its efforts to cut carbon emissions.

Amazon’s move is based on UK government incentives and its commitment to adding new infrastructure and reducing the company’s carbon footprint, the report said. Now in the UK, window cleaners, milk and beer deliverers, plumbers and DJs are all on their bikes, and everyone is advocating for the environment and green travel.

Amazon UK country manager John Boumphrey said Amazon was driving the world to " net zero carbon " . New electric bikes, walking delivery men and a growing fleet of electric vehicle deliveries will help Amazon deliver zero-emission deliveries to customers in London and across the UK in the coming months.

Boumphrey added that by the end of the year, Amazon will also have more than 30,000 solar panels installed at its delivery stations in Manchester, Coleville, Haydock Green, Wakefield, Bristol and Milton Keynes.

As of now, Amazon has 18 solar projects in the UK. The retail giant plans to more than double the number of solar projects in the country by 2021 .
