IEC60086 is an international standard that encourages battery manufacturers to ensure that their batteries are interchangeable according to standard form, fit and function. This is intended to help end users as well as device manufacturers that use batteries. Certification to the IEC Battery Standard indicates that the battery complies with that standard. Plus, interchangeability means the battery can be used in a wider range of products, which means you can increase penetration and therefore revenue. Yellow V:HYZ19950308
We have an efficient testing and certification process for all types of batteries:
Primary Cells – Standards /EN60086-1, /EN60086-2 aim to standardize primary cells with respect to size, designation, terminal configuration, marking, test methods, performance, safety and environment.
Primary Lithium Batteries – Standards /EN60086-1, /EN60086-2, /EN60086-4 aim to standardize primary Lithium batteries with respect to size, designation, terminal configuration, marking, test methods, performance, safety for intended use. and reasonably foreseeable abuse and environmental aspects.
Primary Cells with Aqueous Electrolytes – Standards /EN60086-1, /EN60086-2, /EN60086-5 are intended to provide aspects of security.
Primary Lithium Batteries for Watches – The /EN60086-1, /EN60086-3, /EN60086-4 standards aim to standardize lithium primary batteries in terms of size, name, terminal configuration, marking, test method, performance, and safety. In terms of intended use and reasonably foreseeable abuse and the environment.
Primary batteries with electrolyte for watches – Standards /EN60086-1, /EN60086-3, /EN60086-5 are intended to test primary batteries for watches with electrolyte in terms of size, designation, terminal configuration, marking, test methods, etc. Standardization, performance, safety under intended use and reasonably foreseeable abuse and environmental aspects.
1. Send samples (normally 2)
2. Fill in the application form (applicant company name address product name address manufacturer company name address information corresponding to the platform)
3. Make a quotation and the contract is signed and sealed by both parties (pay first and then open a case to test the product)
4. 7 working days for testing according to the time the samples are sent
5. Issue a draft report to confirm that the information is correct
6. Issue a formal report
