How to write Amazon's action plan POA?

1. What is the Action Plan POA?
In order to help the sustainable development of sellers' businesses, Amazon advocates that seller partners must abide by Amazon's code of conduct when selling products on Amazon, and ensure that their performance is up to standard, providing consumers with a safe and healthy shopping environment. Otherwise, your account may be at risk of suspension or product suspension.

2. Why write an action plan POA?
When the product is removed or the account is suspended, the seller can request to restore the sales of the product or the selling authority of the account by submitting an action plan to Amazon.

3. What should be included in the action plan POA?
An effective action plan should answer at least the following questions:
① Root cause of the problem – What happened in the past that caused the problem?
② Immediate solutions – What actions have been taken to solve the problem or stop the problem from continuing to ferment?
③ Future Preventive Actions – What actions will be taken in the future to prevent the problem from recurring?
Be sure to follow the action plan's three-paragraph structure, otherwise important information may be missed.

4. Three main points of action plan writing
① Make full use of Amazon's resources to dig deep into the root cause of violations
Understand the reasons for violations through performance notices and clarify the appeal channels (performance → performance notices)
Check the performance status and confirm the violation status through the account status page (Performance → Account Status)

② Starting from the actual situation of the company
Sellers must write an action plan based on the actual situation at the moment, and do not copy the content of any other plan. Sellers can use the six methods (who, what, when, where, why and how) to analyze and write.
③ Strengthen pertinence and relevance
Action plans need to be targeted and relevant:
It should be written in response to the reason for the review of the product or account;
Plans for preventive measures should be proposed for the above root causes, and sellers are not advised to list irrelevant solutions.

5. Three major points of action plan
①Avoid prevarication and take the initiative to take responsibility
② Avoid emotional language and emphasize facts and solutions
③ Avoid mixing and being too verbose, and keep the structure clear and detailed
