If you list products on the Amazon marketplace, you must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and Amazon policies (including this policy) that apply to those products and listings.
Infant and young child feeding supplies to which this policy applies (Consultation: Engineering: 151-3562-9064 Same as V)
Infant and toddler feeding supplies are used to give food and liquids to infants and toddlers three years and younger. In addition, this policy applies to products used to store and contain food for infants and young children. Examples: feeding bottles, training cups, baby utensils (spoons, forks), milk and formula pouches and bottles, sippy cups and snack bowls.
This policy does not apply to accessories, appliances, food and furniture related to infant and toddler feeding, such as: sterilizers, breast pumps and accessories, food, bottle cleaners, pacifiers, bottle warmers, bottle coolers and high chairs .
Our Infant and Young Child Feeding Products Policy
As required by Amazon, all infant and young child feeding products shall be tested and meet the following specific regulations or standards:

Your business name (if applicable) and seller number Your contact information: email address and phone number A list of all infant and young child feeding products you publish Product images and product packaging images for all infant and young child feeding products you publish (if applicable) ).Images must include all sides of the product and product packaging for us to review product images or test reports that certify that the product complies with mandatory tracking labeling requirements (Consumer Product Safety Act Section 14(a)(5)) A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for Toddler Feeding A test report issued by a CPSC-accredited laboratory confirming that each item has been tested and complies with the above regulations and standards
Note: The test report must include an image of the product being inspected, and the image should be sufficient to demonstrate that the product being inspected is identical to the product listed on the detail page.
How to submit information?
In Seller Central, select the Performance tab, then select Account Status. In the lower right corner, under Manage Your Compliance, click Product Compliance Requests. To add compliance or appeal to an individual item, click Add/Appeal Compliance. To add compliance or appeals to multiple products, select the product to the left of the product, then click Take Action on Selected Products at the top of the product requirements form to choose how to submit documents and information. Provide compliance documents and information in the [Provide Documents] section, or provide grievance information and documents in the [Appeal Request] section. Click Submit for Approval to send your submission for review by Amazon.

If you do not provide the required information by the applicable deadline, we may take the following actions:
Remove related items Suspend your ability to add new items and/or post items Withhold any monies owed to you
We reserve the right to take any further steps necessary at our sole discretion.
CPC certification process:
1. Fill in the application form: contact me (151-35629 (064) to confirm the testing standards and sign a power of attorney;
2. Arrange to send samples: send or send samples directly to our laboratory;
3. Product testing: the laboratory arranges testing and produces a draft report;
4. Confirm the draft report and issue a formal report.
