2. UL2272 certification electrical performance test:
1. Overcharge (single fault of circuit board);
2. Short circuit (single fault of circuit board)
3. Over-discharge (single fault of circuit board);
4. Temperature test (the temperature meets the temperature requirements of table 261262 components and accessible surfaces);
5. Unbalanced charging (one cell is fully discharged, the other cells are discharged to 50% of their capacity, and charged with the specified charger);

3. UL2272 certified mechanical performance test:
1. Vibration test
The fully charged self-balancing scooter is subjected to the vibration test according to the table below.
When vibrating one sample, vibrate for 21h in each direction When vibrating two samples at the same time, vibrating 15k in each direction When vibrating three samples at the same time, vibrating for 12 hours in each direction After the test, if the balance car can still run, it should be subjected to at least one shock discharge cycle. There is no danger of fire, explosion, shell rupture and electric shock after vibration.
2, punch test
The fully charged balance bike is subjected to the impact test of the balance bike according to the table below, in six directions, with three impacts in each direction. After the test, if the balance car is still operational, it should be subjected to at least one charge-discharge cycle. After the impact, the balance car has no fire, no explosion, no shell rupture, and no danger of electric shock.
3. Extrusion test
This test mainly examines the safety of the whole balance car after being subjected to external extrusion
The fully charged self-balancing scooter is subjected to the extrusion of the extrusion plate with the specifications in the figure below, until the deformation reaches 50% or the squeezing force reaches 1000 times the mass of the balancing car, or the squeezing force reaches 100KN (the first is the largest). The direction of the extrusion force is perpendicular to the movement direction of the balance car. The sample received only one squeeze. After being squeezed, the balance car will not catch fire, explode, and risk of electric shock.
4. Drop test
A fully charged self-balancing scooter can withstand three drops from a height of 1 meter. If the self-balancing scooter is still operable after the drop, it should be tested at least one charge-discharge cycle. There should be no fire, no explosion, no rupture of the shell, and no leakage of electrolyte.
5. Shell oven test
Before the test, the balance car is completely discharged. This test mainly tests whether the thermoplastic shell of the balance car has shrinkage and deformation under high temperature environment. The balance car was placed at a temperature of 7 sinks for 7 hours. Remove the balance car from the high temperature box, and lower the temperature of the balance car to room temperature. Live parts shall not be touched by the test rod (25mm diameter 100mm long) after housing rupture.
6. Motor overload
Start the balance car, first apply the normal load, and then gradually increase the balance car load until overload protection or motor coil disconnection occurs. The balance car motor coil thermometer meets the following requirements.
4. Environmental testing
UL2272 test report application process:
1. The applicant submits an application to the CJC.
2. The applicant fills in the application form for the China Joint Inspection and provides the instructions and technical documents to the China Joint Inspection and Testing.
3. Determine the test standards and test items and quote them.
4. The applicant confirms the quotation and sends the samples and relevant technical documents to the testing company.
5. A fee notice is issued to the applicant, and the applicant pays the certification fee according to the fee notice.
6. Arrange the product for testing.
7. If the test fails, the applicant will be notified in time to allow the applicant to improve the product.
