Framed child carriers to which this policy applies
The framed child carrier is designed to carry the child on the caregiver's back in an upright position. The construction of this type of harness is usually a fabric sewn onto a metal tube or other frame. Designed to carry children between 16 and 50 pounds who are able to sit and stand unassisted.
Amazon's Framed Child Carrier Policy
Amazon requires that all framed child carriers be tested and meet the following specific regulatory and standard requirements:

Your business name (if applicable) and seller number Your contact information: email address and phone number A list of all framed child harnesses you sell on Amazon Packaging pictures (if applicable).Images must include all sides of the product and product packaging. Product images or test reports demonstrating compliance with registration card requirements (16 CFR Part 1130) Product images or test reports demonstrating compliance with mandatory tracking label requirements ( U.S. Consumer Product Safety Act Section 14(a)(5)) product images or test reports demonstrating that the product complies with warning and hazard labeling requirements (ASTM F2549-14a Section 8 or ASTM F2549-22 Section 8 or the U.S. Federal Regulations, Title 16, Part 1230) (if applicable) All product descriptions and manuals for all framed child carriers that you publish on the Amazon marketplace A Children's Product Certificate (CPC) for all framed child carriers that this policy applies to that you publish ) A test report issued by a CPSC-approved laboratory confirming that each item has been tested and complies with the above regulations and standards

How to submit information?
If you receive a request from us for your compliance documentation, please follow the steps below to submit the required information:
In Seller Central, select the Performance tab, then select Account Status. In the lower right corner, under Manage Your Compliance, click Product Compliance Requests. To add compliance or appeal to an individual item, click Add/Appeal Compliance. To add compliance or appeals to multiple products, select the product to the left of the product, then click Take Action on Selected Products at the top of the product requirements form to choose how to submit documents and information. Provide compliance documents and information in the [Provide Documents] section, or provide grievance information and documents in the [Appeal Request] section. Click Submit for Approval to send your submission for review by Amazon.
