At the same time, from the 31st, more product categories that meet the return policy on Amazon Europe will be automatically approved for return requests.

Sellers can choose to cooperate with a provider suitable for their own return service from a group of service providers that have been reviewed by Amazon according to their return management needs. Return service providers will receive returned merchandise, grade it, assess its condition, provide value recovery services such as resale, repair and clearance, and pass the recovered value on to the seller.
Simply put, this plan is to help sellers simplify the return process through the intervention of third-party service providers, help sellers to simplify and standardize the seller's product return process in Europe; save return costs, return service providers can reduce sellers' return costs and manipulation process; reduce negative delivery reviews, Amazon will respond to return requests in a timely manner, provide sellers with a smoother buyer return experience, and reduce negative delivery reviews; flexible selection of return service providers, sellers can use other service provider addresses to set Alternate addresses to support multiple return addresses.
After joining the Return Service Provider Program, sellers can cooperate with Amazon-approved service providers and use the local warehouse addresses provided by the service providers. In this way, the seller's return cost can be reduced.
