Amazon recently introduced new features for FBA sellers to help sellers better understand consumer returns and Amazon compensation.
It is reported that the new function can help sellers more easily obtain consumer return information and guide sellers to quickly check whether Amazon compensation is in place.
In addition, Amazon also said that sometimes the seller needs a replacement product, not a simple return, so the platform provides consumers with free exchange services. When the buyer applies for the service, and the Amazon warehouse still has inventory, the platform will replace the FBA seller for the same product for the user. After the replacement, the merchant’s inventory will also be automatically deducted.
Although some sellers are concerned that some consumers may abuse the free exchange service and cause losses to merchants, some sellers also say that the service can better retain consumers.
It is understood that recently, Amazon has also added video features to its Sponsored Brand ads. With this update, merchants can add videos to this ad type, but adding videos to this ad also needs to meet certain requirements.
