Recently, Amazon launched the prepaid return label program to improve the return experience of sellers’ self delivery orders. Starting from April 15, 2021, Amazon will provide non-destructive and free replacement products for buyers who meet the return and exchange conditions. Buyers do not need to pay the postage for the return and exchange. As part of the prepaid return label program, Amazon provides a new return solution for sellers.
Amzwizard understands that buyers can now choose to change goods for free, in addition to applying for a refund, for damaged, defective or wrong products. In this way, the seller’s sales can be retained, so there is no refund transaction. For buyers, whether they ask for a replacement or a refund, they will receive a prepaid return label.
Under Amazon’s free replacement terms, buyers have seven days to return the original product. For goods eligible for refund, the buyer can apply for return and replacement. If the buyer decides to replace the product, just scan the prepaid return label, Amazon will receive confirmation of the customer’s return, and then notify the buyer to send the original.
