Recently, many customers have come to consult, someone on Amazon complained that the product caught fire, and Amazon asked for a UL report. What should I do? Especially for battery products, many sellers have asked the same question.Don't worry, our company has dealt with many similar products and provided corresponding reports for many merchants, allowing them to successfully deal with this crisis

1. Leakage current test
(1) Methods and conditions: place the prototype on an insulating plane to test the leakage current between bare non-charged metal parts or between a plastic casing (with the help of 1*20cm tin foil) and an uncharged conductor, and the following conditions are required to be tested The leakage current of:
a) Before power on
b) Electric heating until thermal equilibrium
c) After a power outage
(2) Requirements: leakage current ≤ 0.5mA. –I8I. 22O. . 403.11
2. Input test
(1) Methods and conditions: The prototype is connected to an adjustable voltage of 120v, 60Hz, fully heated, and the power under 120v is monitored and the voltage required to reach the rated power.
(2) Requirements: 90% of nominal power ≤ test power ≤ 105% of nominal power.
3. Leakage current test under tidal state
(1) Methods and conditions: The test sample is placed in a tidal state with a relative humidity of 88 ± 2% and 32 ± 2 °C for 48 hours, and the following leakage current tests are carried out until the leakage current is stable:
a) Before heating
b) 05s after heating, 5s5min, 5min thermal equilibrium
c) After power off (2) Requirements: leakage current ≤ 0.5mA
