Recently, more and more sellers have reported to the editor that when the brand is authorized for registration, it prompts "brand abuse", and even some sellers' brands are suddenly removed. Today, the editor will explain to you how to deal with brand abuse that cannot be filed.
Brand Abuse Reasons:
There are currently two different scenarios of brand abuse:
The first is the account problem:
When the new brand is preparing to file, it is prompted that the account may be involved in abusive behavior (such as infringement, fraud, second instance, etc.), and it has not been resolved in time, and refuses to file.
The second is the brand problem:
Brands already on file were told that brand abuse resulted in brand cancellation.
1. The brand has been registered, or the authorized whitelist exceeds 5;
2. The brand has initiated too many infringement complaints, and most of them failed;
3. The trademark was purchased, and the shop where the trademark is located will be affected by violations of regulations.
Steps to troubleshoot brand abuse:
Step 1: Check the performance notice of the registered store to see if there are any violations such as infringement or fraud that have not been handled.
①You can view the "Account Status Rating" through the seller platform, "Performance" > enter the "Account Status" page;
② Through the seller platform, click "Performance" > enter the "Performance Notification" page to view.
Step 2: Whether other sites registered by the same subject have any violations, all sites need to be sold normally.
If both of the above confirm that there is no problem, you can try to appeal:
The following information is required:
1. For free brands, provide a trademark acceptance notice and registration number; if the trademark owner is inconsistent with the Amazon store, a trademark authorization letter is required;
2. Product pictures and packaging pictures, real pictures with logo;
3. The business license of the store. screenshots of the store, etc.;
4. Real purchase VAT invoices and production certificates;
5. The link to the official website of the brand (corresponding to the registered brand);
6. Production certificate and supply agreement contract.
Cycle 1-2 months.
Write at the end:
Brands that have been registered have been told that brand abuse has led to the cancellation of the brand, which is estimated to be difficult for many sellers to accept. The brand is at stake. Don't take it lightly. You must choose a compliant agency to file a complaint.
