Once it is found that there is no such certificate, the export of this product will be cancelled and re-export to the EU will be prohibited.
CE certification standard :
The CE certification standard for electric skateboards is EN15194: 2017. In the new standard, it is clearly stipulated that the design of electric power-assisted bicycles should take into account the relevant potential hazards according to the EN12100 standard. This change means that EPAC electric assist bicycles will be mandated to meet the CE Machinery Directive.
The EN15194 standard is mainly composed of three parts: mechanical safety, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and electrical safety.
1. Mechanical safety standards: in accordance with the test requirements of the bicycle standard (EN14764:2005);
2. Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) standard: The purpose is to ensure the safety of people who use hearing aids or pacemakers when driving motorcycles, cars or electric bicycles (starting in July 2009, all electric vehicles sold in the EU market Moped driving must pass the electromagnetic compatibility test of the new standard EN15194), which mainly applies EN55014-1, EN 55014-2, EN 61000-6-1, EN 61000-6-3 and other standards to consider, the main EMC test items are RE (30M-1Ghz) and RS (/M field strength) ;
3. Electrical safety standards: involving requirements for circuits, batteries, wires and street, power control.
