9 Months to Size 6 Kid's Sleepwear includes sizes 6 and under suitable for sleep or sleep-related activities. Sizing is for babies, infants, toddlers and children, not adults. Examples of children's nightwear include nightgowns, nightwear, bathrobes, and similar or related merchandise. Children's nightwear from 9 months to 6 does not include diapers, underwear and baby clothing for infants 9 months or younger.

Children's Sleepwear Sizes 7 to 14

Size 7 to 14 Kids Sleepwear includes sizes 7 to 14 inclusive for sleep or sleep-related activities. Apparel sizes are for girls and boys, not adults. Examples of children's nightwear include nightgowns, nightwear, bathrobes, and similar or related merchandise. Diapers and underwear are not included in children's sleepwear in sizes 7 to 14.

A test report from a CPSC accredited laboratory confirming that each item has been tested and complies with the above regulations/standards

How to submit information

If Amazon contacts you to request compliance documents, complete the following steps to submit the required information:

In Seller Central, click the Performance menu, then select Account Status.

Under Product Compliance Requests, click File Requests.

Click [Provide Documentation] next to the product.

Follow the steps in the Submit Required Documents section.

Note: Test reports must include images of the tested items, including packaging, compliance markings, age ratings, and warning labels. The product image on the test report must show the same product as the product image on the detail page.
