Seller performance team rejects your Amazon appeal and action plan
If your Amazon account is frozen and you have developed and submitted a comprehensive action plan, but receive a similar message: “We have reviewed the material you sent and decided you may no longer sell on Amazon … We may not respond to this email (we have reviewed your submission and decided that you will not be able to sell it on Amazon … we may not respond to this email). ” Your first reaction may be to abandon the appeal, but you don’t have to give up. If your Amazon account is frozen and sales rights are revoked, there are several ways to seek higher-level appeals.
In addition to the investigators who follow up your case, Amazon has a lot of management. If you receive a response similar to the above, you may need to resubmit your appeal and ask your manager or senior investigator to review your file. In the first paragraph of the newly submitted appeal email, it was clearly stated that you had fully answered all their questions, provided all the required materials and developed a complete action plan, but did not receive a useful response.
Brother-in-law has a team to check his e-mail, brother-in-law is your last resort before arbitration. If you believe that Amazon’s seller performance team or Product Quality department’s decision is wrong, you can send an appeal email to jeff@amazon.com to get your appeal considered again.
You signed a seller agreement with Amazon, which stipulates that they can revoke your sales right at any time, which seems like there is no room for negotiation. But the contract also contains an arbitration clause that states that any dispute between you and Amazon must be arbitrated. Although you have waived the right to sue Amazon in court to restore your account, you do have the right to arbitrate through an independent arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association, a lawyer or retired judge. You also have the right to arbitrate on your behalf with a lawyer, and the arbitration can be conducted in the state or country where you live or by telephone. It is recommended that you hire an Amazon seller lawyer. Arbitration is not cheap, but sales losses due to account freezes can be thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars, so in this case, it’s worth it.
